The PASO
WPSS150M Sound System (front/rear view pictured) is a
patented 150 watt
self-contained sound
system that
runs
off of internal rechargable batteries or worldwide AC. It is
available with options including: CD/mp3/USB player or
DVD/CD/mp3/USB
player with remote control, wireless microphones (up to four
handheld,
headset, lapel or desk mics), a wireless repeater for large
venues, and
more (see below).
The PASO covers crowds of up to 500 people, and has built-in
wheels and
a
telescoping handle for easy transport from car to venue.
The patented Lubell LL916C underwater speaker is US Navy
documented to
be the
Loudest and
Clearest
Underwater
Loudspeaker in the World, covering a 200Hz-20,000Hz
frequency
range
at up to 180dB/uPa/m with
only 20
volts on the speaker cable. The Lubell LL916C
underwater speaker
connects to the included Lubell AC202C "gray box" (audio
isolation
transformer) which in turn connects to the PASO's external
speaker jack. Air and underwater speaker sound levels are
controlled in
unison by the PASO DVD/CD volume controls. Teams needing to
turn down
the air speaker while the underwater speaker plays may order
the
factory installed Lubell AF1 "balance" control option (see
picture
here).
A single PASO Lubell Sound
System
provides excellent
coverage for 25 yard
competitive swimming venues, or for 50 meter synchronized
swimming
venues.
For
50 meter competitive swimming events, or for large indoor or
outdoor
competitions, a second PASO sound system with Lubell
underwater
loudspeaker may be linked
wirelessly to the
primary
system providing uniform sound coverage to swimmers and
spectators
alike throughout the venue.
